Teeter Totter principle is the lever principle. The pressure of a person on the seesaw is power and resistance, and the distance between the person and the fixed point of the seesaw is the power arm and the resistance arm respectively.
The downward acceleration causes one up and down. The high one has a downward acceleration greater than the low one, so the high one drops, and at the same time the lower one is lifted up under the action of the principle of leverage, and so on.
